High Performance Coatings Materials

We have years of successful applications experience using products from several high performance coating suppliers; the selection of a coating system is a result of an analysis of the service history and determining a specification exceeding the requirements. A partial list of coatings and applications:

Proprietary thermo-plastic with PTFE properties

  • Lab tested immersion service to 550°F
  • Used in cooling water, methanol, acid brine, HCL and wet H2S

Baked Phenolic - Immersion resistant up to 300°F

  • Cooling water, crude, naphtha , methanol applications
